Nokia E6i Vs HTC S621 (excalibur)?

Ok, Im thinking of getting one of this phones. Both phones have wifi connectivity and that's all i want, but there are some things i want to clear out
1. Can i view Office and PDF documents in the Nokia (NYSE: NOK) E61i?
2. Can i browse youtube videos from the browser of the E61i? how about from the excalibur?
3. Can i expand the memory with a SD memory in these phones?
