I need to update my microsoft .net framework to 3.0 on my htc touch xv6900 but

i dont know how to....... help? i have the htc touch xv6900
i dont have a data connection as of the moment but i can download it on my computer and transfer it to my phone,
if thats possible.

please help. thank you.
