about htc touch diamond?

i have a problem whith my htc touch diamond that it says it has 4 gb memory but it says its storage is 84 mb and program is 111 and memory card is 3820 i have used 80 of my stroge memory and 85 mb of program but only 12 mb of memory card so my stroge memory is full so when i put a song in it through bluetooth it recives it full and says that memory is full and does not show file recived
