 alcatel orange pay-as-you-go cell phone from france - how/where do i get a chip to make it work in barcelona? i'm going to barcelona, spain for a trip next week, and i borrowed a cell phone from my friend who went to france. i know all of europe uses the same technology, so the phone itself should work, but i dont know how to switch the country code and where i would find the chip for barcelona to replace the one that works in france. i believe barcelona's code is 09. if you know anything about this, please help me out. i will post more details about the phone when i have it with me. thanks  |
