help on my HTC 8925 TILT?

I Have A Htc 8925 That Stop Working I Can Get The Screen To Turn On There Are Two Lights Blinking A Green One And A Blue One, I Don't Have The Manuel So I Don't Know What That Means Can Some One Out There Help Me Out Thanks.
