kyocera e1000 cell phone battery?

I have had this phone for a year and 1 month. Previously I had this same brand of phone for about 8 months, but I switched who's plan I was on so I got a new phone, but the same type. Anyway my problem is: my battery does not seem to stay charged long enough. I text pretty frequently throughout the day. It seems like if I don't charge it in my car or in the wall at least once during the day the battery drains. It didn't used to be like this, but I also didn't used to text so much. For instance, this morning I unplugged it about 10 am from the charger. I texted maybe 10 texts and got maybe 5 calls by 1 am and it was almost dead. I had to quick charge it in my car to get me through class. Just wondering if my battery is dying. US Cell now has battery swap. Does it sound like it's worth getting a new battery over? Thanks.
