| If you have this phone then you can probably help me. A few days ago my phone started beeping every couple of minutes. Im trying to figure out what i changed but i honestly dont think ive changed anything at all. Icons at the top of my phone are The bars for signal(none but the place i live has always been like that.) The Black D and two others indicating the phones volume and the location is on. I have the pay per use plan and my balance isnt low, low enough but not out of any money. Can someone please help. Its an old phone i know but it works for what i need it for |

| One thing that could cause the beeping noise is IM running in the background. Did you log into IM recently and use it? If you did, that might be the culprit. If you completely log out of IM and exit the application, that should stop the beeping "if" you did use it. If you did not use IM, then it might just be a hiccup with the phone. Turn it off, pull the battery out for a few seconds, and then put it back in and power it back up. That will reset it. That should resolve it. If not, call our our care department at 888-322-1122. I hope this helps! SA @ Virgin Mobile |
