Default Virgin Mobile : Kyocera Slider Sonic?

I went to the Studio V in the site and made a music clip for my phone. It will not save it when clicked Save. Why? Also, it says it accepts music on phones x, y,z. What's this mean?? Is the x,y,z different than the Slider Sonic?
