Does anyone else face eternal problems with LG ARENA ?

Every second of using this phone is agony. Ridiculous waste of money. It keeps crashing , does not read the sim card bla bla bla ... this is the third time I ll send it to LG technical department, next time I ll throw it in the sea. x
