I keep getting error #27 on my LG Dare when I try to log into Yahoo Mobile

Messenger! How do I fix it? When I try to log into Yahoo Mobile Messenger on my LG Dare, I'm told that parental controls have restricted my use and I can't log on. First of all, I NEVER set any type of parental controls! I'm able to log into messenger online with no problems, so why can't I do it with my phone? I've searched YAHOO for instructions on parental controls, and I haven't found anything. Does anyone have any knowledge on how to fix this?
