 Have LG Shine cu720 with broken LCD, tried to take picture and LCD cracked... ...before my eyes!!? The LCD screen was already cracked down the middle, and I wanted to see what would happen if I tried to take a picture. Apparently, the screen got really hot then, and a spiderweb of cracks spread out from the one original, and I could hear it cracking! Is it safe to take it apart and remove the shattered LCD? I know I can do it because I already have taken apart this phone twice, but can't find an answer to know if LCD is poisonous. Also, where could I find a replacement screen?  |
