LG Rumor bluetooth transfer on Bell Mobility?

i tried to send some songs to my LG Rumor by bluetooth and it said it won't accept the file type (.m4a) . What file type does it have to be, or how do I make it work. I am using Bell Canada and i have a 1GB microSD fyi.
