lg web slider/ks360 important about security codes?

heyy i bought the lg webslider a couple of weeks ago and today i bought a 2 gb memory card for it so i put the card in the phone and i go into memory then go into external memory like it says in the user manual and then i click format but when i click it it pops up sayin enter security code and it doesnt say what the code is or how to finf\d it out in the manual so if anyone knows what it is or how to get it i would greatly appreciate it
