Verizon wireless LG Voyager service questions?

So do you have to pay extra monthly for this phone like you do for a blackberry?

Also, I noticed that in bold, is says only available with nationwide calling plans, and then it has bullets, and lists service that come on the phone. some are in bold some are not. does this mean that the ones in bold are the only ones available with that plan?
I am wondering because i want that phone but i dont have the nationwide calling plan and i dont want the internet or anything on that phone and was wondering if it will still work with our regular plan?
