Tmobile motorola razr subsidy password?

I use an att pay as you go plan with same sim card, but the phone I was using broke. My sister gave me her old Motorola (NYSE: MOT) razr with a tmobile sim card, but when I switch the cards it asks for a subsidy password. Does anyone know what this is? Or how to unlock the phone??

If your sister has service on the phone ask her to call T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) for a sub code they will provide her in few days. Meanwhile leave that T-mobile sim in there. If she don't have service you will have to find someone to hardware unlock it.
