i plug in the USB and the computer doesnt recognize the device!! help!!! plz!!!

you need to install the LG usb driver, my software came in the Verizon (NYSE: VZ) music pack. Check the LG website for it.

Because, honestly Motorola (NYSE: MOT) is the worst phone makers. Buy nokia, they know what there doing.
