Motorola V3xx on/off button broken!

My Motorola (NYSE: MOT) V3xx on/off button is broken! My phone had water damage for around a year, and it randomly flashes on and off once in a while, and when it does, the phone is unable to charge its battery until the phone is restarted. But now the on/off button is broken, so when the phone runs out of batteries cause it can't be charged, i won't be able to turn it back on. Help!!
