That Phone SUCKS! I had the same issues with it (And many more). It was under warranty so I got it replaced after sending emails to the company along with a job number from the service sheet(You'll get when you give your phone for repair at an authorized service center).

I got replaced with brand new phones a total of three times before I got fed up and let my dog play with it!
