I have the same phone and the same issues... However if you have the micro sd card, just load pictures, songs, and tones saved on your pc, to the card and put the card in the phone and it will read them. The songs must be mp3 files though as the razr only reads mp3 formats. As for pictures you can load several different file types. On the songs... you can put full length reguar songs ripped from a cd on the card and the phone will use them as ring tones. Depending on your service provider this may be the only way to do this without paying. I have metro pcs and I cant add music to my phone by linking it to my pc... good luck

You can use a micro SD transflash card (if yours has a memory slot under the battery) and copy songs from your computer onto the card then into the phone. simple
