 through the usb cable which u get with the with phone in the box if u dont go to best buy they sell there and also u will need to use the motorala phone tools cd which also comes with the box if u dont have u wont be able to connect ur phone to and download.  |

| If you are not on Sprint (NYSE: S) or Verizon, send them to your phone via Bluetooth!!! Easy, free, and more than likely you already have it on your Mac.
