Default How to fix a "connect failure" on a verizon krzr k1m for music syncing!?
i have tried everything.
i downloaded the correct driver, the Verizon (NYSE: VZ) music manager software, the sync music fix thing, and the right version of windows media player. i've turned off my phone and computer who knows how many times. i'm using a windows xp system. ANY help at all would be greatly appreciated. I'm at my wit's end.

I wish I knew. I couldn't get it to work even once out of the numerous times I tried. I did manage to get music on my phone with the use of a card reader. Using the Micro SD to SD adapter, I put the card in the reader and "dragged and dropped" onto the card. It works if the micro SD card was previously in your phone and the Vcast monitor(think that's the name of it) is on.
