Default Problem with Moto Razr??

I bought a brand new Razr V3 on for Christmas. No problems, until now. The dot is white, so I know it did not get wet or thrown around. All of a sudden today, on my keypad, the menu button light is out and the rest of the numbers light up. It won't let me do anything. It will go to the datebook whenever I push a bunch of buttons. What is going on? Does anyone know how to take razrs apart or have a diagram? Thanks!
