Default I have a Motorola Razr V3C with U.S. Cellular service, when i try to

dowload a picture message it says error? I used to be able to download picture messages just fine, but lately whenever i try to download a message, it says error downloading message, try again later, and when i do try again it still doesnt work. Can anyone give me some advice?
