Motorola KRZR Screen is completely black?

Default Motorola KRZR Screen is completely black?
I've had my Motorola (NYSE: MOT) krzr for almost a year and now the front screen (LCD screen??) is very dark, you can still barely see the time and other things, but barely. Then when you flip open the phone, the screen is completely black. You can still hear things like calls and i still feel the vibration when i get texts, but i cant see a thing. I turned it off and on, took out the battery and charged it and its still the same thing. Anyone know how to help me fix this?

i had the krzr also, and it did exactly this but the screen went white
and i went to the Verizon (NYSE: VZ) store and they said all i could do was get a new phone.
krzrs aren't the best kind of phone you can get.

This is most likely a tech fault and you'd have to take it to the store to get it fixed.
