Where is the SIM card in a Moto Razr V3m?

I want to take my sim card in my crappy razr and move it to a better phone, but the sim card isn't behind the usual place - the battery.

I'm about to smash this razr open for it.

btw, my new phone is a quad band GSM phone, will the American Verizon (NYSE: VZ) sim card work in it?
