Why is my motorola razor screen messed up?

I haven't done anything different to it (dropped, throw it) I'm very careful like that. I turn it on and off to see if that helps, but the screen doesnt turn on - the phone does I can tell because the keypad lights come on. There is no physical damage to either screens, but theyre just black! Why are they like that? Could it be because I put my credit card next to it in my pocket? Can I fix it myself?

The same thing happened to me. As far as I know i don't think the normal phone capabilities are tampered with. This usually happenes when the phone gets wet. I would not recommend to mess with the phone, because there is nothing you can do and it will only make it worse. Visit your nearest cellular provider and try to traded it in for a new one if you explain you case calmly and professionally. If all else fails, contact the manufacturer.
