...my laptop wants a passkey. Help? Whenever I try to connect my RAZR(AT&T) by Bluetooth to my Vista Laptop, my laptop wants a passkey. Though when I try to set a passkey for my RAZR cellphone it says that the phone does not support passkeys. When I try and receive the files that I send it wants a passkey, and when it doesn't get one it says "parameter incorrect" Can anyone help me figure this out? I want to transfer my contact list over to my laptop if that helps at all.

On the phone, try to select the options for bluetooth and turn off the encryption restriction and passcode.

Maybe Sprint (NYSE: S) blocks the bluetooth to PC connection like Verizon (NYSE: VZ) so you have to buy ringtones. I would try to call them before spending more time troubleshooting, cause the feature may be locked or shut off.
