 Where can i get a cheap cell phone to go to my parents Verizon plan?? I am saving up loose change to get a cell phone, and it has to be an extreamly cheap phone. But, it's offering me 900 minutes, and i only want 150 per month. Can i change the number of minutes? And what phone can i get?  |

| yes you can, and if it is a new account, you will get a free phone, for 30 bucks i got a light pink razor with a new acct w verizon |
