Default What is the difference between these two text messaging plans?

I just looked at the www.cingular.com website wanting to add text messaging to my plan. I noticed two options, but I don't understand why one is cheaper than the other. Option 1 says Messaging Unlimited for$19.99 a month. Option 2 says Messaging Starter+Unlimited M2M Messages for $9.99 a month. Why is one ten dollars cheaper than the other for unlimited text messaging? What's the difference between the two. Thank you.

message unlimited means = text to anybody any quantity of messages

option 2 means = x number of messages included to anybody, and unlimited to fellow cingular customers.

personally, i say forget the messaging and just use the phone for what it was created for, CALL them instead.

The other guy is right, but some people that are close minded don't understand that texting is a WONDERFUL alternative of communication.

But yeah. You want the first plan, because chances are you will be texting non-cingular (at&t) customers. If you don't get the unlimited, and don't watch out, you could be billed a LOT. Because texts are charged for incoming AND outgoing. The $20 is worth it.
