How do you send/recieve text messages in persian on a Nokia N82 ?

My Iranian friend is using a Nokia (NYSE: NOK) N82 and wants to be able to send and recieve text messages in Persian. As in the actual arabic script. Any ideas what he needs to download and where he can get it from? Much appreciated. Thank you.
