Tesco Mobile £15 payg or O2 £15 per month contract?

Hi, I don't know which I should go with.

The O2 (NYSE: TEF) deal is £15 per month for 18 months and you get a free phone (the one I'd choose is Xpress Music 5800) and you get 100 minutes and 100 texts.

Tesco pay as you go is £15 + £30 free = £45 worth of credit
It costs 10p per min for calls and 5p for texts to your 5 favourite numbers and 20p per min for calls and 10p for texts flat rate. But no phone.

Which would you choose?
