o2 mobile phone network?

I am on O2 (NYSE: TEF) mobile phone network. I have signed up to o2 surprises and o2 ((not sure what it called)) gifts*.

I signed up for the gifts* and i topped up £10 and i have got nothing come through to say what my gift is. i Signed up for it on the 1st of august. I topped up 21st august.

Does anyone know what has happened? Or where my gift* is. Or any terms and conditions that wont let me have it? thanx x

first of all it takes 60 days for gifts to come to you.
second O2 (NYSE: TEF) has the worst customer service for pay go customers....

if so, they text you the code for your surprise just after you top up
