Where can i find a mobile contract that has the total cost of £0, on o2?

i was on the internet earlier and found a contract for 24 months on 02, i think it was O2 (NYSE: TEF) 100 and after cashback it had the total cost of £0, does anyone know where i could find a deal like this?( btw it included a phone)
