How can i check my usage if I`m using o2 pay go mobile broadband internet connection?

They dont allow you to know how much you spent is it?
or there is a way to know how many GB and MBs i have left
I`m using a internet dongle
a laptop
win xp
o2 connection manager (in the pic in it there is a button View usage and buy access but on my version it was replaced by 1,2,3,4 button
I am in UK
pay as you go 3GB 15£ tariff

not sure,u could try there customer services. i do know with there unlimited browsing bolt on it has a fair usage policy of no more than 500gb. which u should only go over if u download a lot of songs, if your just browsing the net u could practically stay on it the whole month lol
