Default How to terminate an o2 pay monthly mobile contract?
It was supposed to finish in may 2009 but I have to come back France earlier than expected and don't know how to proceed...

You can terminate your contract by giving a months notice in writing you will however still have to pay the remainder that is outstanding balance (the amount payable up to May 2009), there is not a way out of this as you have entered into a legally binding contract in which you have signed to say that you will pay the monthly fee up until the end of the contract period.

call the customer service............you gonna lose your deposit you gave O2 (NYSE: TEF) and you will probably pay an extra fee for closing your account!!
