Need help ASAP, T-MOBILE GPRS settings for O2 XDA II?

I unlocked my xda II, put the T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) sim, now i want to set up a connection, dose anyone how...
i want view the web and use tom tom nav
It's say no gprs..
i've got free internet and tom tom navigation.
