Default orange mobile broadband... problems with company?

I have had so many problems with orange as an internet service provider (I have had problems with the laptop they provided me, and, after 3 months, still hasnt been sorted out), and, while talking to one of their customer service team about half an hour ago, I asked to speak to a senior manager. He was adament that I couldnt speak to the manager, because I didnt know their name!
I got irritated by this, so, (and I admit) I raised my voice to him, but in return, he startd shouting at me as though I was a pile of poo!!!
when I asked him why he's shouting at me, because all I wanted was to speak to a manager, he said, and i quote, 'you're rasing your voice, so I can raise mine'
Surely this isn't right, and within the companies customer service. All i want is to speak to a manager!
I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems with orange like this, and how it was resolved?
thanks

I was a Supervisor for Orange and if one of my team spoke to a customer like that he would have a disciplinary.
Just phone and ask to speak to a Supervisor, tell the dum cluck on the other end that's its a complaint. Do not go into any details, just be firm. A supervisor is your next step up, they will escalate it to Management level if they cannot help you.
Good Luck.
p/s if its India, insist on a Manager and they will transfer you to the UK.
