Can you have 2 accounts with orange mobile?

I currently have an orange mobile account which I have had for 3 months. It is an 18 month contract. Yesterday I ordered mobile broadband with a free laptop. They took the delivery charge out of my bank and gave me a refernce number. When I eneter the reference number it states there is a problem with the order and orange will contat you shortly. I received an email from their web response team asking to email them with my reference number and they will get back to me which as yet they havent.
Is it possible to have 2 accounts? Or cant I have it and they just aint bothered letting me know?

yes it is i have 2 with 3 same happened to me so i had to chase them up until i got it sorted i was also allowed a 3rd account but had to pay £100 deposit which is refundable after 6 months keep chasing them up good luck

you should be able to have 2 accounts someone i know used to be with orange they had a simular problem to you but do have 2 acco
