how do you find out you orange mobile number?

i just got a pay as you go phone on orange but ive never been with them before so i dont really know what to do?
how do you find out your mobile number if you havent got any credit on your phone, i cannot get any credit on my phone coz i dont know my number,
do you get goven a number whewn you register?
or do you need your number to register?
im so confused¬!!!

theres nothing on the box and when i go on own number, it says no own number?

Well if it came in a box, your mobile number should be on the side of it. If not, go into your contacts and go onto the contacts menu and it should say 'own number' or 'myself'. If none of these work, try calling someone in your home, (on their mobile) and it will pick up your number from there.

it will normally be on the phone somewhere, it would help if you told us what phone you had but i don't know by calling, im sure if you go to orange they can help you
