Hello

I received an SMS from Orange mobile phone saying that I won 150,000 UK pounds. I did contact them and they send me an attachment showing my cheque of 150,000 pounds with my name, but I can't receive it until I pay 320 pounds and send it via western union.
DO you think I should proceed?

I already gave them my info. i.e. name, address, e-mail, state and country.
Can they do anything with this info. to harm me?
