| i have just signed up for dolphin 35 and i get 600 anytime minutes but i was on the phone last night for 46 minutes and now my account says i only have 260 minute left, hows that work? |

| If you were on a previous different tariff then it might not have registered on the system yet. It might have to complete it's month before the account online changes to the new tariff. If you're really concerned then call customer services and query it |

| Hi there, I work for Orange and might be able to help. When starting an agreement you would have received a pro rata amount of minutes until the start of your billing period. For example, your agreement starts on 1 January but your bill date is not until day 15 of each month. Pro rata minutes would be from 1 January to 14 January. On 15 January you would then receive your full allocation of minutes for that month. I hope this makes sense! Jonathan Orange Response |
