Default Help with my Bell mobility account?

I just set up my account online, and selected 'My10' the 10 free numbers I can talktext. When the confirmation window comes up, it says Your changes will be activated on the date below. BUT, there is no date! Nowhere on the page. All that is below is the word 'null' or 'nill' or something like that. It is NOT a link. I don't know when I can start texting for free, please help me!
