I just got a Motorola w376g prepaid phone from Tracfone..?

on the site it says .3 minutes for sending and reciving but it's actually charging .30 minutes for sending and recieving. is there something wrong? I have the double minutes for life thing also.. idk if this is something that should happen or not, but it seems like im getting charged way more than i should.
