Do I need to activate my unlimited double minutes for my tracfone?

I bought a tracfone today and it said it includes unlimited double minutes for the life of the phone (not transferable between phones). I activated the phone. Do I need to activate the double minutes (it didn't tell me how or include anything about that) or is that automatically activated with the phone?


Thanks for any help. I'm new to tracfones.

It also says I have 20 minutes but I haven't added any airtime to it. It didn't say it included any airtime. Does anyone know what's up with that?

Tracfone know that your phone is a DML (double minutes life) and so their is not need to activate anything.

In regards to the 20 minutes, those are free minutes for activating your phone.
