flashing a verizon phone to metropcs?

okay, i have a couple of questions.
1. can i flash a BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) tour to metropcs? does it need to be unlocked?
2. if i can, will i still be able to have the internet and picture messaging?
3. if/when i flash the blackberry will i be able to use all of the apps that are on the blackberry with metro? would i have to get metro's $50 plan?
4.would buying an unlocked blackberry tour off of ebay be a bad idea? because i dont really want to spend like $500 for the phone w/o the Verizon (NYSE: VZ) contract.
