Where do I type in my code at optus always win?

I just recharged my optus prepaid mobile and I got a txt saying that I won a prize and to go to www.optus.com.au/alwayswin.
I did that, then it came up and asked me to type in my mobile number on the boarding pass or something. But then it just goes to this baggage collect page and has no where for you to type your code in!!!! Does anyone know where I have to type it??
