I need help with my cell phone audio, it's a UTstarcom CDM9200.?

I want to send some ring tones to it from the computer but i can never set them as ringtones because it has no DRM and i have no idea what that means (and just the accual songs sound terrible, but not the fakey-techno sounding ones) if you caqn help it would be much appriciated!
