How can I unlock my UTStarcom PPC-6700 Pocket PC for free.?

It is locked to Telus (NYSE: TU) Mobile and i want to unlock it for free. If you know how to. . .PLEASE SEND ME A LINK/A DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE please and thanks.
