UTStarcom SuperSlice Virgin Mobile Phone Lock Code Reset?

I Have an old UTStarcom (NSDQ: UTSI) Super Slice and I changed the lock code on it from its default code and I cannot remember the code I changed it to and I need to get into it is there a way that I can reset it or sonething?
