I need help unlocking a UTSTARCOM Shuttle form virgin mobile. I need help...

...asap please someone hlep? Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) said I have to send it to best buy, and i called them but they said they dong unlock phones, and i tried a unlock service and they couldn't find one also. someone please help
